I recently built this radiator kit for my 510 to properly cool my L16 in 100*+ NorCal summers.

Decided to take my project in a different direction and will be designing a different cooling system.

It's made to fit a 510 without much nonsense. I would only recommend that you enlarge the air inlet to ensure the whole core is exposed to incoming air.

The radiator is a Mishimoto unit. Purchased brand new and modified for use in a 510.
It keeps engine temps well under control, but still allows for a reasonable warm-up time, using a stock thermostat.

The setup includes EVERYTHING to bolt it into your 510 and GO.

List of included items:
-Single large-row Mishimoto full aluminum radiator with all mounting hardware.
-Aluminum radiator fan shroud.
-2 electric cooling fans: one 12" one 11"
-Upper and lower radiator hoses.
--Includes radiator cap housing.
-Modified thermostat housing with enlarged house outlet to match larger hose diameter.
-Modified, extended water pump outlet port to match larger radiator hose diameter.
-Modified alternator pulley to improve lower radiator hose clearance. (It clears anyway, but better with this pulley.)
-Temperature sensor housing.
-Temperature switch.
-Relay and fuse assembly.
-Complete electric fan fan wiring harness.

NOTE: The kit does NOT include the 'reservoir' or the 'breather tank' shown in the pics. The brackets welded to the unit are designed to fit a 'JAZ' reservoir/overflow tank & a 'JAZ' breather tank.
