2 screws and the whole top plate comes off. i have to modify the bracket by cutting the longer arm of the bracket off. when you are installing them you will know what im talking about. it hits the float bowl on the rear carb. thanks for all your help ratsun

here you only need to smog a vehicle year 1975 and newer

i just found it in one of these books i have. its on a manual and auto trans car. it is a tps sensor. knew that but the WOT switch is connected to a relay which completes the circuit to the stock points dizzy advance/retard breaker. so what im guessing is it retards or advances the timing under a WOT condition for smog? the closed throttle switch is connected to the neutral gear switch on the trans? i dont really get that part of it. if anyone has any feedback please post. i see alot of views but no posts. i dont know if no one knows or im just slow and dont get it. haha

thats strange because it came out of my 72 510 4spd. so maybe the car was an auto from the factory?

its located on the firewall and hooked up to the throttle. im installing my SUs and its in the way. im just curious on what the switches control. thanks

installed sus. need to hook up the fuel lines and figure out how the throttle box is going to go back on without interfering with the float bowl. also the master cyl and air filter is a little to close for my liking

i have troys. im happy with them. i may go with a stiffer spring rate next time. but all around good coilovers

71 elko. the turn signals give it away. 72 was a one piece. i have a 71 chevelle in the garage
