sorry for lagging so much everyone... Life has kind of stalled a bunch on projects that I was focused on... Here to answer a few questions and upload some oics: @southern620 never got around to putting the manifold in... there will be some modification to the bends since there isnt much room on that side of the engine, but its is very possible with some fabircation, might just try a log style manifold... thatll be in future plans @620soldier thanks for the comments!! glad the thread helped someone out, i know if i didnt have a bunch of the forum member i would have never got this project done... as for the goferit inserts they worked out for me...so far so good.... @mantas and @chebetio510 the inserts worked fine for me i took a couple pics below if you need parts numbers ill try to get them and post here....

I got a harness laying around in my garage from my build .... Pay shipping and you can have it... Hahahah! Only problem is that it's cut in half ... Lol... Let me know if you want it @zilla

Sorry for not updating in a while but heres a few pics of the 620... I got a new toy too, it kinda has been occupying my time a little (1993 Z32 Twin Turbo)... the 620 is getting a little neglected... outside my house thought the fall look fit the 620.. getting towed back home from the exhaust shop a few months back...

I used a Airtex E2000 external fuel pump recommended by ]2eDeYe.... Works great so far ... Yea unfortunately I had a lot of the wiring cleaned up, but ran into a lot of wiring issues.... I will get around to cleaning it up... Want to get it I'm the road ASAP!!!

Thanks! I finally figured somthing went to that harness, of course after i saw your post!! So here's the run down... Went though all my wiring and found out that i had my #3 & #4 spark plug wires backwards... *FAIL* and of course i had to buy and hook up the Ignition Control Module... Started right up!!! Open headers = No Bueno for my valves, so I had to get a custom downpipe fabbed by a exhaust shop... Here it is getting towed to my local shop!!! Shes getting close!!! Thanks for all the comments everyone... when shes back from the shop I will for sure get a video up of her running!! <br> Updates to come!! woohooo!! :thumbup:

Almost, I think i may be missing a component, there is a harness above my ignition coil thats not hooked up to anything maybe you know what its hooked to? Ignition Coil What relays are still used in the swap? All of these?

Got sick of seeing her inside the garage, I still have a few wiring things that i need to troubleshoot, but she's close enough for me to roll her out into the sun. She looks good doesn't she? My old Z32 TT My old S13

@nismoguys14 I appreciate you checking that out for me, yea i got impatient and wanted to try out the wires that came with the motor, didnt seem like they were beat up, but don't you think its odd that all the wires have no resistance? Ill get some NGK's today and OHM them out and try it out! Thanks again!

Goods: Fuel pump primes fine Motor Cranks 12V to the injectors 12v to Distributor 12v to ignition Coil New Cap New Rotor Bads: I have NO Spark, I do have 12v to the distributor and the coil, new cap and rotor. Can anyone confirm if you get resisitance across a spark plug wire? I do not have resistance on any of my wires, just seems weird I dont have resistance on every single wire, I might buy new ones today. Any help would be great thanks Ratsun! :confused:

I take all my pictures with my iPhone .... Set up a photobucket account first, once you upload your pics get the code that starts with copy and paste that to the quote section and viola pics in a post! If you have a iPhone download the photobucket app... It's really handy...

Well... Got my motor to crank, but won't start. Any steps or tips to start troubleshooting this thing again? I know my fuel pump kicks on, haven't check other things yet, but I will as soon as i get home....
