  1. Man you've been busy, that'a a lot of progress in a short time. yeah the only Everwings I've seen for sell were $500 and were beat and rusted out. I've never seen another set for sale but i quit looking after that, they are always going to be way out of my price range. Where did you get your velocity stacks?
  2. I might have to take you up on the fogs. I was looking at those ones, i wanted something that looked vintage but wasn't $500 like the Everwing fogs. I want amber but I dont' know if they will look good with my red wheels. I had to change out the side markers and turn signals because they looked weird with the wheels. Are the fogs more yellow then orange? Its hard to tell in pictures. here's a pic of my roadster before and after I changed out the lights.
  3. Nice, roadster. If you buy new springs, get the short bump stops also. I love the wheels. What fog lights are those?
  4. I saw a picture of your truck on Nasioc on Brents build for his S14, I love it! I hope that you will make it to one of these meets so i can see it in person.
  5. Hahaha i saw it and it was only like $1500 then. It's just too bad they didn't get the LS1 in it to make it a real vettester.
  6. On my 70 it had one mirror, only on driver side. I bought mirrors planning on doing fender mirror but they just didn't quite look right on the car. I ended up doing them in father back on the fender, where i think they fit the best. They are also usable now. here is an older photo, a few things have changed since then but you get the idea.
  7. Mine still has a little arch in them but not much, old springs tend to sag a bit but it possible they have been modified. Usually you would just use blocks to lower the rear so you don't change the rebound. I'd guess they are just old. The few that I have seen that put new rear springs on look like monster trucks with almost the full tire exposed. I left mine since i like it low and tucked. I still want my front a bit lower but I'll wait to see how the new springs settle before i try to customize the perch and steering linkage.
  8. Congrats on the roadster, i also recently bought a 70 roadster. I've got a bunch of random parts if you need anything, I'll sell for real cheap or free. Rear brake lights, side marker lights and turn signals, mirrors, cables, new cap and rotor and points, thermostat housing, vintage wheels and tires, antenna, and a bunch of other random things. Here is my roadster, the day i bought it. and a few of the progress. Lowered, newly restored vintage wheels, new fender mirrors. new lights.
  9. Here is a ratted out roadster, he drives it everyday. He also has a few really nice z's that are show quality. I love his roadster though.
  10. Yeah , they are. I need to post them up on some British cars sites or something.
  11. Dave cover everything prety well. I just want to add that with a lower offset wheel the front will stick out past the front fenders quite a bit on most cars. I have a 70 with the wider fenders and a +17 to +22 offset on the front fits pretty flush. Also all my fenders we different. My rear were about 6mm different from each other and the fronts were almost 10mm. I had to order a bunch of different size spacers to get the right fit. 15x7 +32 3 piece Black Racing BR-R Falken 512's 185-55-15. Fronts 15mm spacers and rolled fenders rears 20mm spacers Front lowered on Super Comp springs powdercoated Red Barron Red. I know they look pinkish but they are red the 2nd to last picture looks to be more accurate in color.
  12. Super fun meet, i wish i didnt' talk so much and took more pictures now but hopefully the next one will be longer so i can do both. There was just too many cars and too many people talk to for that short of time. ..and I love Jason's ratted out roadster. I'll have to talk him into doing fender flares and some wide wheels. I'd do it on mine if the fenders and paint weren't so nice still.
  13. welcome, i saw your post on 311s also. I can't wait to see pixs, $2500 is a steal. A good place for parts is datsunparts.com.
