The paint was not primed before painting so it can be removed, it chips a bit. Hose connections are still taped from painting. I bought them that way. Honestly don't know, if you want it know. Honestly it probably doesn't so it will need to be rebuilt. If you still want it just pay for shipping and it's yours. It's just collecting dust here and I would prefer it go to someone who can use/rebuild it rather then junk it.
