Yes there are, mike, but that's not my goal. This is a 4x4 build, with target functions of reliability, mileage, and overall cost minimization.
Unless a 1.9L VW diesel falls in my lap I'll be going with a GM 60 degree v6...
Engine's already selected (and none of the above)~ My main concern is as frugal a pruning as possible, so my hopeful goal is finding someone with measurements, templates, and/or pics.... Anyone?
Has anyone done this swap? I'm not doing it either~ HAHAHA! But what I do need to find out (from someone who has) is what kind of trans tunnel mods/hacks are required to make a GM trans fit my truck's underbelly....

COMPLETE front suspension/steering from my 521~ from the steering wheel down to the hub flanges, and back to the torsion bars, adjusters, and crossmember. Past owner repl'd brakes/seals/wheel cl's~ all in all fair to middlin condition except for right kingpin's a bit sloppy. Brand new extra long wheel studs just installed for aftermarket wheels. Keeping the swaybar until I'm certain it won't fit new front axle~ $200 obo...
