How about in a city that is bicycle and pedestrian heavy?

So my girlfriends car 78' 510 wipers will stops mid way on the windshield for long periods of time pretty consistently. When running the top 2 wires show power, the middle left pulses power and the middle right has a very weak power signal. When is stops working only the top left has power.Any ideas?

My Girlfriends car has the same problem. I'm going to open it up today, anyone have a picture or explanation of what i should be looking for.

I have been running the champion on my 510 for over a year now, besides the initial install problem of the brackets being welded flush with the rad and needed spacers (skateboard bearings) and 2 old hoses that burst with the first 2 test runs from finally being under full pressure I haven't had a single problem. I haven't even added any more water/antifreeze to it since. L18, weber, 2' exhaust. Never has gone beyond M with 90 degree heat running it hard from portland to eugene (100 miles)

My car was stolen last year and the tumbler in my ignition was damaged. One side of the metal ring that you put your key in has snapped off. So either i need to find a new one (anyone got a spare?) or put in a push button. The problem is that i cant turn the tumbler with my key. I have it set to the off position to prevent the wheel to lock but to start the car i have to use a screw driver and turn the exposed ignition switch. I ran into a problem of how to wire a button and also control the off/acc/on/start positions on the switch without the use of turning the key.

Thats also called just being a bad parent. No one will argue that pot can lead to losing track of time. But so does stopping at a bar and having a drink. Hell you can be completly sober and lose track of an hour. There was a Korean couple who went to the internet cafe to play World of Warcraft and left their baby at home. 5 hours later you come home to a dead 4 month old. Bottom line is if you have another life dependent on you pay the fuck attention and be a parent. (not endorsing drinking/smoking around your kid even if you can pay attention)

For a 83' 280zx, flat top pistons. Has a N42 head available. Will it work and how well. Other head options that would be better are?

My Friend needs a new head for his 83' 280zx. L28E, with the flat top pistons. The guy helping him with his car has a N42 head thats been shaved. I'm a 510 guy so any advice as to if thats a good head or bad and/or what would be a better fit for it. He's in the Portland area so if anyone has extra heads laying around.

Do you have part of your low beams taped/painted off?

Orange? 620 on Powell --> se 82nd in portland, Was trying to figure out if it was a datsun or just another toyota from my rearview, after looking back and seeing you stop in a lane then decide to go into the turn lane with me I knew it was a datsun. Fun little downshift there at the end, Girlfriend said she saw a ratsun sticker.

FIXED!!, apparently there were 2 fuseable links from the batt that werent plugged in. They werent plugged in when i took stuff apart so i'm very confused why they were disconnected.

no power with ignition on.

Fuses are good...but no power to the fuse box, i can follow the power from the batt until it goes into the harness, cant find any power inside the car.
