Well....no , the manufacture plate in the engine bay says 1967 ....it's more like a 66 1/2....Datsun/Nissan is infamous for changing things halfway through a model year....

really need to fix my Z as it's my DD...

I really hate to post an for sale ad, but it must be done at this point. Location: Mount Vernon, Wa Price: $1,000 OBO I have a 1967 Datsun 520 pickup w/ manual 5spd that, unfortunately.... is getting no love from me. My plans were to rebuild the ca18et and give the datto a new heart (stock mild rebuild---twice the Hp & 7k rpms) Unknown mileage but that is all irrelevant, all the stock bushings have seen better days. I installed a new brake light switch and that's about it. The Datsun has some body work done prior to my original purchase of the vehicle, but is straight. I'll upload pics soon. Has a spare stock manual transmission. Runs and drives pretty good, just needs a weber carb and you. As far as the Ca18et engine set, its complete. Pretty straight forward.
