  1. Hey Fisch, Yeah all these cars are still available here
  2. Hi James, I gave you a call and got your answering machine. I'm interested in the 510 and am wondering what you would charge for options. Need air conditioning, more HP out of the 24D, or drop a hypo crate 24DE in, would like some interior options, paint, rim options, etc. I also live in Tokyo. This would probably be the only US 510 in Japan if we can get it here. Please send pics of the current situation if the car is still available. BSRGDS, David Ohyama My email is david.ohyama@smi-infrasystems.jp

  4. Hello All, I'm a new member but not new to the Datsun. My first car back in 1980 was a Datsun 1000 2 door in red. Had a crushed quarter panel, with some much play in the steering it was hard to keep straight until I got it up to about 20 miles per hour. Couldn't get it past 80 mile per hour top speed. Paid 50 bucks for it. I did some work and fixed the bushing problems and steering then burnt the clutch. I went to the Datsun repair station after work one day and met the first 2 old Japanese mechanic guys that i had ever met in the states. The were in the garage drinking Japanese beer. They had seen me limp the car in and just laughed. They jacked it up gave me my first Japanese Beer, slapped a clutch in and within the hour I was back on the road. Of all the old cars i have had that Datsun just kept on rattling and rolling. I didn't really get the buzz back then and some guy traded me for a 65 Impala and 50 bucks. Wish I had never made that trade. I eventually made it back to Japan and started a couple of businesses here, learned the language. Anyway here is a sample of whats still available in way out spots in the country side. For Bluebirds click here. http://exchange.goo-...rch/summary.php If this link doesn't work click here http://exchange.goo-net.com/ Click Nissan and then click other, the Bluebirds will show up.
