All right, well I have been away for a while and have just recently started to get her back together. I have noticed that the PO welded closed the crank case vent tube. I tried to un-thread it with no success. Is there a way to remove this and put a new one on? here's some oics. I have the head torqued down and pistons in, just haven't got the photos yet.

all i need is a good l20 head. u67 would be just fine if you have it. would be willing to meet 1/2 maybe 3/4 the way, too not bother with the shipping.

so started to tear into the motor a little more and discovered all sorts of other goodies that i have to deal with.

Here she is. Saw her on craigslist with add that said blown engine. Had to travel up north of seattle to get her though. sat in the front yard for oh about 8 month's before I had a chance to tear in to it to see what was the problem. Pulled valve cover off and just a rocker arm seat that had come out was making all the racket. On top of that they had the wrong webber carb on it, so got a new one and couldn't figure out why all the blowby. Decided to park her and see what else we could find. Here's the oics.
