  1. So so so bummed. All planned on going. Missed a few lately but finally had my 2.1L finished and the 510 was ready. Lined up a sale on some steel 69 pillar vents ive been searching for, for a bit. Then BAM. Sat night my wife and I got blasted by a car on our Harley. Still in the hospital and vents were sold.
  2. Oh. Gotcha. Well if you need anymore help I've modified and sold about 75 sets of these. The one kicker that usually pops up is the top screw. It has like 6 different variations from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you need anymore help I would be glad to.
  3. I usually charge $80 for a ratsun member to shorten them and reweld with Coilover perch. To just weld a collar on each I would do $40. Tig welded of course. Just make sure you get it done right. Your street cred drops when people look at a weld and it looks like a 5 yo did it. :)
  4. Chuck it up. And run a large live center into it and slowly peen it round again. Wheel shops use a different type setup. At least the one I saw was homemade and used hydraulic arms and wheels and what not
  5. Hey Datmo. Send me those hubs. I have a set here I will replace them with. So you don't have to worry bout them.
  6. Damn dude. It totally bums me out your having all these problems. I wrapped each and every part to try and avoid that. I wish they were unwrapped months ago so it wasn't down to the wire to get them done. Either way. If you need I can put these on the lathe and straighten them out. But either way. That totally sux balls. :(.
  7. Lol. What I was envisioning isn't going to help. I was thinking longer spring AND lighter weight. So it doesn't wiggle under full droop and you can get some preload while lowering it.
  8. Damn phone. TOYOTAS! Are a finer thread.
  9. I'm pretty sure the to totals are a finer thread
  10. I was just thinking you could go lower with preload with a longer spring. And I wouldn't go to low without cutting the tubes or you will bottom out or bounce of the rubber bumper on the strut.
  11. If Im not mistaken KM you bought some 300zx hubs from me?? if so you could run a longer (like 12") spring and get the right preload. No?
  12. I wonder if he can buy that seperatley it woud solve his problems. I told him to send me his old 68' caps and I would machine them to fit snug. I guess the 68 caps are waaaaay thick..
  13. could be but I never need that cap. and Datmos inserts didn't come with one
  14. I didn't read into it. and that shits funny..
