  1. Looks like David took the drivetrain and scraped the rest pretty sad for me to see this as I was pretty attached to the car and always wanted to buy it back. I should have just kept it so many good memories in this car.
  2. Monkey see Monkey do with these price comparisons. So what one B210 sold for $10k doesn't mean other are worth that. That's been the problem for years now and it's even worse now.
  3. Wish I would have seen this earlier one of my friends had a bunch for sale I believe he sold them all to a friend in Bend, Oregon.
  4. What made you go with 2.5 instead of a 3"?
  5. My buddy is selling his Turbo Maxima pretty bad ass car got a ride in it definitely worth the buy for someone. https://offerup.com/item/detail/e4d44347-8c2e-3f9b-a55e-4222d6d98cfa?_branch_match_id=1019309423864521810&_branch_referrer=H4sIAAAAAAAAA8soKSkottLXz09LSy0qLdBLztcPyfZw8nH3yC3ISwIA6X6Y6x4AAAA%3D
  6. Well since driving it daily today starting up early am for work it was making an awful noise. I hope it isn't anything to be worried but I'll have to diagnose it before trying to drive it again. I definitely want to give the Z24 a chance before swapping a KA in it not looking for power or going fast but would be nice to have a little extra.
  7. Nope only one. They are not cheap.
  8. Also i been driving it since to work and a few times around town. Still gotta register it and change the title over lol. I'm happy to finally drive it again since March. Rides like a bus and needs attention. Gotta give a oil change, tune up and clean the heck out of the engine it's nasty under there. Even for being as heavy as it is the van drives pretty good and decent power.
  9. Finally was able to get my parts a week ago and my good friend @reza was nice enough to help me get it fixed. Found a parts van in a junkyard in Colorado. @konig209 hooked me up with a contact of the guy who pulled parts. Got lucky as the parts van was also a manual like mine with only 63k miles and was able to get the shift linkage cables.
  10. Hasn't ran in like 6 years problems started to happen then parked it. Haven't touched it much either i need to get it back on the road some day.
  11. For sure we do have a lot of both the previs and Toyota vans around here if i can't find something I'll have to pick a few mechanics brain see if they ever dealt with this issue. Either way gotta find a solution.
  12. Yeah i was actually also thinking of the 80's Toyota Van as well that has pretty much the same set up. I'll have to see if the local toyota parts department may be still be able to order those parts.
  13. Finally doing some work on the van. 3 weeks ago a friend came over and wanted to see the van move so we looked into the shift linkage cables exposed after taking off the center console. So the previous owner had the the cables held on with bailing wire and the same thing for the cable down below next to the transmission shift lever. The van shifts into 1st, 3rd, & 5th, so I'm thinking the other cable that goes to the back of the transmission where the second lever is might have same "fix". Of course parts for these are NLA so I'll have to figure out some parts off another vehicle that use similar set up. The shims that hold the cables in place were missing, i replaced them with some i had at home that fit perfectly to hold one of the cables in place where the shifter is located. Did the same for one of the cables and seem to do the trick. Just need to figure out how to get 2nd, 4th & reverse back. Other than that the van definitely needs a tune up, oil change, plugs and wires done.
