  1. The car has sold to a gentleman in Tulsa. I am pretty sure he will be signing up on here and will hopefully keep us all updated on any progress he makes getting the car to his liking. It is a nice car as is, but still has tons of potential to be more... Thank you guys for all the kind words and support you have shown. We are much closer than when we started, but still have many hurdles to get over before we can bring or sweet children home. BTW, their names are Junior and Marie. Junior is 4yrs old and Marie is 2.5. They are two of the most beautiful children we could ever have hoped for and are praying for the day when we get to hold them! Also, I sold my Jeep and will be selling my 1949 chevy pickup if anyone is interested. Thanks Again!!! Richard
  2. It's definately a 280 and if the hood and interior is original, it is definately a 77-78... If he had a shot of the rear hatch area we could narrow it down to early 77 or late 77-78... The seats make me lean toward an early 77, but they have been redone and may not be original cover style. Good looking ride for sure!
  3. I have this... http://community.ratsun.net/topic/49513-1981-datsun-210-sedan-rust-free-ka24de-swap-just-got-real/ It's not an auto and it is farther away than requested... But, it would be easy to swap in an auto, AND I will gladly set up delivery for you for FREE if you pay the asking price. :-) It is a great car and would be a very good one to learn to drive a standard in if you so choose. You can email me at L28240z@yahoo.com if interested. Thanks! Richard
  4. I know, Ill just count that as my April Fools joke since I didn't do anthing else today... :-)
  5. Hey Guys / Gals, I am going to be listing whats left of my datsun parts collection from the past 14+ years of buying, restoring, selling Datsuns (mostly S30's...) I will be grouping all of any one particular type of part into lots. Combo switches, Carburetors, Distributors, Bumpers, Interior, Fenders, Doors, Taillights, Engines, Heads, Etc., Etc. Etc....... This will take a little time to pull things out of storage one lot at a time, but I will eventually get through everything. I will list the entire lot for one price at a HUGE savings per item, but will also sell things individually upon request. The goal of this endevour is two fold: 1) Clear out three storage units, my basement, and half my garage of THOUSANDS of Datsun parts. 2) My wife and I are in the process of adopting two children from DRC and will use these funds to help bring them home safe as soon as possible!!! I have a few grills left over for some S30's. 240z, 260z, and 280z... None are perfect. All are dirty. Some are nice... $150 plus shipping for all of them. I will sell seperately, but at a high price per piece. You can email me at L28240z@yahoo.com if you have any questions Thanks! Richard
  6. I have some SU's that would work for you, but no manifold... Shoot me an email or PM and we can discuss... Thanks! Richard
  7. Thanks for the kind words guys. The original seats were trashed... These seats were what came with it. Yes they are very comfy too. :-)
  8. Thanks Ian! Pm me your shipping address so I can at least send you one shirt... Thanks Again! Richard
  9. Now that's community!!! Yes, the checkout is linked to my PayPal address at L28240z@yahoo.com. You have to at least let me send you one T shirt... Thank You So Much! Richard
  10. We do not have them home yet. It could be another 6-9 months before we travel to the Congo to get them. It all depends on how fast our embassy processes all the paperwork. It is a long process and we are very anxious to get them home. It also requires a lot of money that we are trying to raise and the sale of this car would be a big help... I am open to any real offer. I am also selling off my Datsun parts collection from the past 15 years to help fund the adoption. I have several storage units full, along with a full basement and garage, so if anyone needs parts for old Zcars, pickups, Roadsters, etc.. just give me a shout. I can also fabricate just about any custom part you may need or want, so feel free to ask about that too. Every penny will go toward bringing our children home. You can also help out by buying a Tshirt here... http://burleighfamilyadoption.bigcartel.com/ Yes, at least one of them may still be in diapers when they get here. It all depends on how long the process takes... Thanks! Richard
  11. I see now that they are wires attached to VR sensors...
