Whats wrong with the brakes?

I hate how close minded people are on imports. If I was local, I would raise all kinds of hell about them crushing good old school imports. If they actually paid attention to the following they have, they would be surprised at how big it is. After reading some of these posts, I'm thinking a plane flight, rented car carrier, and a crowbar are in my future. :fu: to those crushing these cars.

Wow. I can't fabricate, weld, or stuff like that. And I can tell that this has FAIL written all over it. I hope noone gets hurt during the test, maybe just the person that thought it was a good idea. I don't why, but out of all the pics the one with the rear "strut tower" saddens me. I'm glad that I at least grabbed some suspension and chassis engineering books so I can get a better understanding of how to do things. I think they should've done the same thing. Putting the exhaust next to the gas tank, I actually can't think of anything to say. Like I said, I can't fabricate and I'm not an engineer. But, I think I can build/design a better setup.

I didn't fail because you apparently didn't read. I started the sentence with "It was also in...". I have GT 1-4, and own all the Z's in each, so I know what's there. I decided to list a few other games that it was in just in case others were interested.

It was also in Forza 1 and 2. The 240Z in 1 and the 432R in 2. A 2+2 model in Sega GT 2002, Auto Modelissta on PS2 and a few others I can't remember.

Wangan Midnight. Early '70s model Z known as the Devil Z. Because all the previous owners died (except for the one that built it), and all the owners had the same name, Akio Asakura. It packs a l28 bored up and twin turbo on side draft carbs. In the manga he upgrades it to around 700 hp the last I heard. There is an entire sight to it, of which I am also a member of: wmexpressway.net There is a series of games based off of it in the states known as Tokyo Extreme Racer, Import Tuner Challenge, and Street Supremacy on the PSP. From reviews I've read, what we get here pales in comparison to the actual Wangan Midnight series.

No, I intend to do an engine swap to either the KA or SR. Might end up doing the KA instead of the SR simply because they're dirt cheap compared to an SR. And some companies have some good offerings for them now. Plus, I have this wierd OCD thing about numbers that makes me want the KA simply because it's a 2.4.

I know, I had alot of fun showing people what a low powered car can do. Used to have a old 3rd gen. Celica with a 105 flywheel hp rating. That thing was a blast to toss around. I surprised my best freind with it when a I cleared a tight left at almost the same speed he did in his car. I think it would be nice, but I also want to feel the acceleration that almost too much power would give. Plus, I didn't mention, but I do highway runs with my car crew and I would need the power to keep up.
