this is a s14 95 240sx motor thats been modded to fit perfectly into a D21 hardbody. has about 80,000 miles, w/ no leaks or cracks. trying to get $500 out of it. located in orange county, CA.

i think the frontier pan has a different bolt pattern than the 240sx. plus, ill get a stronger crossmember made than the OEM. as for the exhaust manifold, im trying to find one. i already have the KA24E thermostat housing for the power steering delete, cause the power steering was in the way.

I found this motor from a guy who had it modded into his d21, I thought his mounts and oil pan would fit perfectly into my 720. I was wrong! For anyone else planning to do this swap, please consider the frontier motor.

I used a modified 240sx pan. The previous guy had it mounted on a hardbody, so when I dropped it into my 720, the pan still sat on the crossmember, so I have to mod the CM a inch or two lower. But, the down pipe isn't a bad idea. I was just gonna use and chop up my hotshot header and custom everything else

i bolted on my KA24DE motor into my 86 720. so now, my problem is that i dont know what exhaust to use. i bought a 240 hotshot header and i didnt fit cause the torsion bar is in the way. i put the stock ka24de exhaust manifold and the frame gets in the way. whats the solution? the photos

Where are you located?

the cluster doesnt blink at all. signal, hazard, headlights and high beams work fine. ive checked the fuse, and thats okay, so ill go and check the other 2. thanks, a lot for the quick replies.

just bought this 86 nissan 720, lights from the cluster and rear driving lights do not work, however the signal and brake lights DO work. how would i trouble shoot? the bulbs and fuses are fine. whats the next step? relay? which relay should i check or how do i test it?

correct. im picking up a ka motor thats going into my 720. i wanted to change up the clutch since it was all coming off anyways. i just got lost to which i should be searching for.

i have a 86 720 and im gonna be doing a ka24de swap. Im going to be replacing the clutch, do i search a kit based on the 720's transmission or teh 05 240sx Engine? i hear that you can just slap the engine on w/ the 720's tranny, but searching for Exedy OEM clutch kit, its a different application. thanks, guys.
