I am accually in the process of finishing this exact project up here soon. It's been a long process and I almost wish I would have went with a Wilwood setup... But it's something different and has been a good learning experience. I started by getting the center of the Z32 rotor machined and redrilled it so it would bolt to the back of the 280zx hub, same as the the 280zx rotor. The reason I did it this was instead of making it a slide on style, if that were even possible, was to space the caliber further back. This would make it a bit easier for me to still fit 15" wheels, theoretically... Then I had to figure out how to mount the caliper, I was planning on getting an adaptor made similar to how they do on the 240sx, in the end I decided to just cut off the 280zx mounts and have a bracket for the Z32 calipers cut out on a waterjet. This is where I am right now, tomarrow I am planning on welding the bracket on. I will post some pictures later on this week if you are still interested. Also because I am running a bump steer spacer the steering arm was rubbing the rotor so I took some material off the inside of these rotors, next time around I may try to take some material off the arms instead or see how they fit without the bumpsteer spacer.
