I did see the wagon and the build page a while back. It is a great deal, but I'd have to sumhow get it down here, plus I believe it hadn't been registered for quite sum time, AND I already have a heap of a project. Its a love hate relationship. I loved her this morning. Now she's parked somewhere in the cuts cuz sumthin went horribly wrong and now its dead. Gonna go take a look in the morning when there's more light but right now I'm stumped

this is correct. with the floor i think would be an easier job (for whoever i have do it) LOL someone pretty close by has the whole assembly in great shape for a good price. Im probably going to end up getting it. I was thinking a way around would be to have some upper mounts fabbed in there.... i PM icehouse, who has done this swap, but im not sure he has any detailed photos of the work he did

Im looking for someone with a 4 door parts car who would be willing to cut out the IRS. I live in California bay area, so the closer the better.

if some one were to want an irs on a 510 wagon, what other options are out there. i know people have used irs from 4doors, but i havent really ran into any. ive heard of miata irs aswell.... any other options/ideas?

yes yes. i remember the thread now. damn, if i didnt already have a heap of unfinished project i probably would be interested. that is some damn clean fab work tho. and its true it probably will cost more to have one put on.

how was the irs done? and would you be willing to remove it?

i got it tested at a local kragens. and unfortunatly, the guy who did the hackjob wiring was me:P im getting it rewired by sum friends who know a bit more than i do. ill relay the info.. thanks alot guys.

Hey guys, my alt went bad and I wanted to replace it, but I'm fold its not stock. The 1 I have has the voltage regulator on it. The only numbers I could get off were. LT 150-21 609. Its Hitachi. Any ideas?

I may want to take that deal... I've wanted this rack for a while n theres no way im gonna be able to make it to san diego any time soon. AND im also in dire need of a carpet. So maybe we could meet up sometime n we could work something out..
