Hey folks just bought a 91 civic 4 door it needs a blinker switch does anybody know how to change that particular part?

up a for sale is my little 210 sedan but im not sure how to go about doing it. the thing is i live in louisiana and i don't know of many if any ratsun member that are anywhere close by and i don't want to deal with trying to ship it or have any online money transactions..engine and trans 300 dollars. local pickup only bring tools and we will pull it together you can hear it run before we take it out. car doesnt drive right now because the clutch slips but the few times i have driven it the trans shifted smoothly downshifts into first while moving ( maybe clutch related ) were a bit rough but it didnt growl or jump out of gear . or whole car for 500 dollars local pickup only. i am not really wanting to part it out i mean if somebody buys the drivetrain and the body doesnt sell quick it will wind up at the scrap yard. the body is pretty rusty driver floorboard is very very soft so is the passenger side you can see the ground through the trunk. several rust holes along the rocker panels on the outside. the engine runs good and does not smoke at all i have video proof of this i dont have any pics really never got the hang of uploading them if anybody seems interested i will do a good walkaround video tomorow and upload it to youtube. the reason im trying to sell it is because i need to get something i can drive everyday because i am starting a job soon and the datsun needs more work than i have the time or skills to do to it. my uncle wanted me to trade him it my old broke down ford and 250 bucks for a little nissan hardbody that his son had and he was just going to scrap it and i think the car deserves better than that the ford is off limits all together because it was my grandpas but if i dont hear anything from a datsun lover on here i may offer him the datsun and some cash and see what he says. so im trying to find it a good home so it doesn't wind up crushed. im located in tangipahoa parish louisiana and if you think you may want it pm me and we can talk about specifics, but i will not piece it out . thanks for reading

yea guys it is a bourg warner i forgot to mention that..the main reason i don't want a 300 6 anymore is because i'm not going to use it as a work truck. i was going to save up some money and fix it back up to appear factory with a mild 289 crate engine in it so it will sound good easing through the gears just as a cruiser that i can romp on once in a while and have it let out an awesome sound. the 300 is a good engine for pulling stuff but i don't see it giving me what i want. well thanks for the replies guys

sorry no pics right now the truck was my paw paw's and he gave it to me a few years ago and i think i blew the motor not long afer. it has a 300 inline 6 and a 4 speed manual. what i am wondering is does anybody know if the trans would be able to handle a mild 289 or 302? of course i would have it rebuilt but im just curious what yall think.

Hey folks come here to ask for thoughts and prayers for my grandpa and my family. Thursday afternoon at around 3pm my paw paw went for a walk and got lost in the woods. We looked all night for him had helicopter and dogs searching and could not find him so we called the search off around 3am and resumed at day light. Then it started to rain at 5:45am Friday and it rained until about 7:30am and we found him at about 7:45am. He was wet and cold, wore slap out and slightly hypothermic. We had an ambulance on stand by in town so when we brought him out the wood there was no delay in him getting medical attention and they rushed him to the hospital. Once they got him to the hospital they were trying to warm him up and they did a cat scan and found a hemmoraghe in his brain and recomended he be transfered to another hospital with a surgeon on call for the weekend. After the cat scan his mood changed and they had to sedate him cause he was kicking and frailing about and he has pretty much been out of it ever since Friday at about 10am. He was admitted into icu at West Jefferson Medical Center in New Orleans and spent a day and a half in there and yesterday they moved him into his own private room. He has not been responsive other than curse words ( he is not a curser ) the hemmoraghe is in the part of his brain that control his communication skills so they say it is likley the side effect of the hemmoraghe. They have had to restrain him to the bed to keep him from unpluging himself. They tried to put a feeding tube in him today but he resisted so much they couldn't do it so he has not eaten anything solid since Thursday at lunch but he has been able to suck down some ensure out of a straw which isn't much but better than nothing. They seem to think the hemmoraghe is what caused him to get lost. We own around 170 acres and he walks it all the time and this has never happened before and where he was found was about 2 miles from the house if he had walked directly there so we figure he walked about 3 miles total. Now he is 87 and we understand he has lived his life but this isn't how we want to lose him so if y'all could pray that he gets his peace of mind back and doesn't have to much brain damage from this it would really mean alot to my family and I. Now my uncle mentioned that for all we know he in his mind he is still lost in the woods so today i took a bunch of pictures of the house, yard,cows and the pig we have so my mom could show them to him if he happened to open his eyes long enough to focus on anything thinking maybe it would let him know he is in a safe place and he can relax. So once again keep him and my family in your thoughts and prayers please we need it. edit when someone replies i will +1 their post to not clutter it up with my replies cause i plan on showing my mom this thread

i grew up with american cars but strangly i have always wanted a datsun even before i knew they were datsun. all i knew was they were rwd 4 cylinder cars really i want a 510 someday but for now i have my 210.
