Temp gauge no work. anyone know where the sending unit is on a Z24 ?? Please don't say it's in the air cleaner, I threw mine out.

Some 4X4's seem to be jacked up from factory. Was this an option to order a "High Boy" ?? See the new guy [aarivers] post and look at his truck. It's right up there. I've seen a few others like that. Yet, the more I crank mine, the more positive camber I get. Or is it a matter of shim adjustment as KingRat mentioned??

VERY nice truck. Front end looks quite high. I'm thinking there must have been a "HighBoy" option or version for these trucks as I have seen this before. The camber looks true vertical. Be nice to get a better look at the front suspension bottom a-frames. Yup, that's a good height. Should be a nice project, congrats.

Truck runs without the relay in circuit. Good nuff for me . . . Simplify I say!!

Recieved the fan this date . . . It's the wrong size. I will assume v6 motors use the 8 blade fan. Took a chance and lost my pants. I need a 7 blade fan . . . Anyone want to buy a brand new 8 blade nissan fan?? $40.0 + shipping.

White is easy to see, except in snow. Depending on how far in you go, put a big black target on the roof.

Cranked each side 6 full turns, raised truck 2 inches. Steering is a bit tighter, handles way better. Suspension feels about the same. Prolly crank 'em a bit more so front end same height as back. Can't seem to find those parts banzai510? If it's gonna cost, then I will go solid front end . . .

[ Manual Choke ] Took a short drive last night, coming home Nissy spewing black smoke and felt like it was running on 2 cyls. 1st time this happened, I thought the head gasket had blown again. Anyways, dats nuff for this kid . . . Took the factory choke off, had to snap the housing in half. Unplugged all the carb wires. Installed a manual choke this AM. Had the snake part of one lying around so, fashioned a under dash mount and carb mount. Fairly basic mechanics. -1c here today, tested choke, works fine. Motor runs way better! See log below for photos. What will happen if I cut the wires which used to plug into the carb???

Mine was a lot worse . . . cut it out. Use thick plate for the front cab mounts.
