Time to sell my lovely 620 as I just don't use it enough to justify insurance and tags costs. 1978 Datsun 620 in fantastic original condition. Clean inside, out and underneath. Great looking and running truck. 80,200 original miles new clutch and cylinder newer tires new dash cap awaiting install A great, clean, unmolested truck that would be a fantastic daily driver or with a few dollars could be a great show truck. Some interior pics

I think I will keep it pretty stock. I have a dash cap arriving today and a few other interior bits on the way. Might lower it slightly but it is a weekend Home Depot truck for me. Made it's first dump run today as well. I'll post some pics of the interior once the new dash cap is in place.

Well I got my first 620. 1978 5-speed with 79,600 original miles. Here are some pics I took today down at the marina. It's a fun truck and I've been driving it every day since I bought it. Thanks to everyone on Ratsun for all the advice on buying my first 620:D

Thanks for all the replies guys. It seem the biggest problems are body related. I plan on finding something with the least amount of body work needed as possible. My 1960 F100 had too much body work needed so I've learned to look for good bodies first. The mechanicals are much easier for me to deal with than body work. Any common mechanical problems to look out for?

Hi all. I have been lurking on the board here reading posts and trying to get as much info I can on 620's. I am now ready to purchase my first 620 and would love to get any buying advice I can get. What should I look for when buying a 620? What are the common problems to look out for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks DJ
