  1. I'm not sure how to post picture on reply's but I did manage a picture on mu profile. Thats my toy, I may just repaint same color scheme but I want to try something different. This is a better view in link.
  2. Thanks for the offer, I have a Z rack that I plan on using from one of my trucks that i customized, but if I need something i wll let you know.
  3. This is my first post, my name is Lupe Perez aka Loops from Sylmar, CA (a suburb of Los Angeles County in the San Fernando Valley), I have a 1973 620 pick up truck, shaved door handles, electric windows, flares fenders, chopped 6" with channel top, bed is also flared at wheels and body is filled in at top of bed to create a smooth bed all around with license plate in tailgate, this truck in my garage for what seems like forever, every year I want to do something new, but don't seem to get around to it. I have a commitment now to get it back on the road and possibly shows. Here is my possible dream, I want to make it a dual axle with a hydraulic tilt bed (z-rack), does anyone have any experience or suggestions if it has been done or if it's even possible or if the frame strong enough to handle the extra weight.. I have talked to a few shops out here in the valley that are willing to help me with the project, but I get kinda "i don't know looks" but its your truck and money, they tell me the truck is to small and the extra weight will lift the front end as the tilt goes back and possibly flip. I would appreciate any info that you may have with your expertise and love for these trucks as I do, , I love my baby to much to go thru the work and the project not work. I would rather do something different. Thank you for your time and advise. See you cruizin soon.
