  1. Why bother, you're not going to be driving long distances with your rails on the ground, you know, when you're bagged. Don't worry about a bitch 6"er.
  2. I think barely drivable is cool. It gives a chance to breed new ideas and promotes a hard core culture of enthusiasts. And that's only if it's driven. Definitely not for old men and their Datsuns! And yes the driver may perish in an accident but so will a motorcyclist. I don't see how that holds any relevance.
  3. So what? It's a free market, baby! And if someone on here is dumb enough to buy an outrageously marked up Datsun, then they probably don't know dick about cars and aren't real ratsuners, or hood riders or whatever you want to call yourself these days. I'm a low life myself. :)
  4. Do you need a complete harness? If you do you might be better off getting one of these suckers: http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Economy-12-Circuit-Wiring-Harness,2352.html instead of sorting through a rat nest. I have a good shape 521 harness kicking around I could part with but I'm not sure if they are compatible. Anyone know?
  5. Haha, no actually, I began a career in the guiding industry and I've been all over hells half acre getting credentials and working. I've got the summer off and I am gonna use it to get my baby running. Lates
  6. Is there such thing as an L16 rebuild kit I can buy out there? Am I going to be forced to re-use my wrist pins? I know Rock Auto has some good stuff. Anywhere else?

  8. Oh and some pics of my babe. She's been in storage for a year while I travel and live my life. Now I'm back and I'm gonna tear her a new ass. Aiming for drivable by July, should be able to nail that target. Will post more pics as progress continues.
  9. Hey guys, I have a 521 I'm thinking about running an aftermarket harness. Well, actually, I HAVE to run an aftermarket one. Anyway, I was thinking about this one: http://www.hotrodwires.com/12Circuit.html I'm thinking about running an electronic ignition so I don't need that ballast resistor. Anybody think of any problems? Anybody have a better or cheaper solution? There's no way in hell I'm building one from scratch, maybe after I take a look at this sucker in person. Anywho thanks in advance for any help.

    Mini-Truckin'

Anyone seen this month's mini truckin'? Sexiest 320 I'll ever see. http://www.minitruckinweb.com/toc/thismonth/ Lates
  12. Anyone want to tell me how to rig these up. I'm sick of screwing around with harnesses and I want to drive my truck. It's not a hack job if it's clean, right? Thanks Lates

    Wiring woes

Yessir, I have the one in my book and the one at that 620resource I believe it's called. I haven't really given it a good shot yet, just wondering if anyone knew what's up. Lates

    Wiring woes

Oh thanks yeah, However I failed to mention that I have a 521 so there can't be that many deviations to the harness. But you told me what I thought I had to do, put that voltmeter to work. Lates
