  3. i kno i kno this isnt a 2 door, but i think its a good deal for a 510 project, idk how far your willing to drive but i had to post it. and im not the seller, nor do i kno the seller http://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/1864129314.html
  4. Do you think it would be a good deal for $4800?
  5. Will ya take $4500? Sorry for the low-ballish offer but its all i can spend
  6. Ok thanks for the suggestions guys, looks like ill have to keep looking, that good deal has to be somewhere around here....
  7. Hey guys, Im new to posting here but have been lurking for about a year, and I finally have enough money to buy a decent, some-what reliable 510. I can spend probably spend up to $4500, but not past that. I would prefer a 4 door, but a 2 door would be fine, no goons please. I live in SF/ Bay area, more specifically North Marin. I would prefer not to drive more than 4 or 5 hours to pick it up. It has to have a clean title. I would much prefer it has a KA or SR swap, I don't think I want an L-series, but I'm not 100% on that either. Im not really sure what the differences were between the 68 and the 72 510s, but I think I would like the later models just because thats usually when cars are the most perfected in their existence, is that true? I would much prefer it has a 5 speed manual, no automatics please. Body doesn't have to be perfect, a few dents is o.k. Im more worried about reliability than looks. That said, I'm only 17 and I want to get a car thats easy to work on but still real fun to drive. If you have a car you think I may be interested in, or have seen one I may be interested in, either PM me or post it here. Thanks, Jordan
