  1. I have the exact same color 67 sedan. I am using it for parts for my wagon. Let me know if you need anything.... jason@restofab.com
  2. Been driving the piss out of it lately....turn signals have been acting up/ flasher seems to be having an issue. Not entirely sure it is the switch-turn signal works turning right but not left...... I don't want to shell out $$ for a new turn signal switch.
  3. It came out pretty well. In this first picture I had not put the clear on yet. Here it is installed! Runs and looks much better!
  4. And I can't leave things alone!!! I started by cleaning the valve cover and it didn't clean up as much as I like, annnnnd I happen to have some Datsun Blue. So I started by bead blasting the cover.
  5. I have been needing to adjust the valves on the 210 for a while. they definitely needed it! 4 of the measurements were way off!
  6. Have not done too much lately...I did get a new windshield!!!
  7. Thanks for the complements! Car is down right now for a 5$ throttle cable...... at lease Rock Auto came through..in fact it cost more in shipping that it did for the cable.
  8. I have been rocking this beauty forever....would pay nice money for a proper knob...
  9. Think I just saw one on Ebay today...... http://www.ebay.com/itm/DATSUN-b210-PUSH-BUTTON-AM-RADIO-ORIGINAL-EQUIPMENT-1975-Clarion-/310827757578?hash=item485ec7300a&vxp=mtr I Have been looking for a knob for my AM/FM Hitachi forever.....
  10. Looks pretty clean! how is the rest of the interior?
  11. It has been cold lately and I can't say that the 210's heater has been up to par....... Since it never seems to warm up this fall I took of the housing this weekend. Sure enough a p.o. had touched things they shouldn't have. Please don't do this kind of maintenance..... I did clean up the housing...it had quite a bit of pitting and I had to be fairly generous with the gasket maker.
  12. Mine desperately need to be replaced....can you post a picture of the door seals?
  13. Thanks for the complements! I got all the suspension back in the car and it was soo worth the effort! the car handles much better now. I still have all the steering linkage to replace but I am waiting on the idler arm to arrive and I drive this car every day so I didn't want to leave it all apart.
  14. Ready to go back in the car. All the rubber bits and dirt that came off the assembly. New brake pads, hoses and brake fluid flush while I was at it! Almost 40 year old brake hoses don't look so good......
  15. Got everything painted and ready to go back on the car and new bushings pressed into the arms.
