  1. Installed a rear differential brace in my '72 510 wagon and washed the car. Pictures will be posted on my project thread next time I have time and energy left to take them.
  2. Hi, If you are referring to the graphite spray coating I used on my cast exhaust manifold, it works okay. Easy to apply and looks great. Here's photo from when I first did it three years ago. Now, 2,500 miles later almost all highway miles back and forth to Powerland and Oregon shows from Seattle and an open track day at Pacific Raceways Easy to reapply and make nice again - if you clean your engine regularly, it's a simple wipe on touch up. This is ±20 second reapply using a tissue and one finger.
  3. New drive shaft to diff bolts (12.9) and rear shocks installed. KYB shocks to match the fronts
  4. Have worked some WD40 into the ball area and now it is somewhat free. I can adjust it quite a bit more. I will drive with it and see if the adjustment is enough. I can always put more WD40 in it again. Thanks - so much better than stuck.
  5. These may be a bit more expensive, but I just ordered a set for my VG33 swapped 510 wagon. https://jdm-car-parts.com/en-gb/products/kameari-performance-drive-shaft-bolt-set-for-skyline-hakosuka-kenmeri-laurel-fairlady-z-datsun-240z-260z-280z-280zx-510-810?variant=32232220426349
  6. This is just about the last thing I need to get working. All the major electrical is complete and car runs fine - even out at Pacific Raceways for lapping with the Alfa club. I bought a new motor as pictured and the wiring diagram I have shows two wires to it - Blue/Red and Black/Yellow. I have no power to either wire with the ignition on acc. Wipers work but nothing to the pump. I need to get a couple of new connectors for the pump because the wires are so tiny and then plan to connect it. Red to Red/Black and the Blue to Black/Yellow. Does that seem right? Thanks again to all the electric geniuses, you.ve gotten me through it all.
  7. Glad to have you back - missed you. Sorry you have been going through a lot Thought you might enjoy seeing a wagon at the track. Turn the volume up if you want to hear anything at all.🙂 piknik pacific raceways.mp4
  8. Just made my reservations at airbnb for the weekend - need a soft bed each night after the drive down. Love this show Jay !!!
  9. Thanks, I thought about that, but given that the mirror is all plastic, I was not sure that was a good idea. I do not want to ruin it - I rather like that it is the original plastic.
  10. I cannot adjust it - when I try it is stuck and I don't want to break it.
  11. Time Left: 5 hours and 36 minutes

I need a spare set of wheels to mount performance summer tires on for my 510 wagon. Prefer pickup in the Seattle area. I got my present set at Powerland for $100 two years ago and hope to find another set. Stock, painted spokes or completely painted does not matter. Private message me with what you have and price. Cheers.

  12. Hi All, Got the two Novita EL12 relays installed and the turn signals now work much better - faster and brighter. Thanks for all the help. New (rebuilt) turn signal installed also so it doesn't flop around so much and looks great. Thanks to Daniel for fast service. 4-way hazard flasher still not working so need help figuring out what to check next. Thanks everyone for the help. If you have not seen my post of the car at Pacific Raceways for a lapping day - it was a blast and the car ran great with no issues. Here's a link to the youtube video.
