Hobojordo

I have 2 parts Nissan hardbodys...one from 91 have a 3.0 L VG30E V6 4x4, the other from 89 has a za24i 2x4. The v6 ran great, frame rotted out..the z24i was questionable, it was given to me and has a wired on distributor cap, ran really rough..now it's been parked for years.. So someone is selling a 88 hardbody 4x4 with a z24, but it has a misfire and 300,000k plus. Before I go get it a couple hours away I want to know if I will be able to put the 3.0 L VG30E V6 in it easily should it not be fixable as is...will the v6 motor and tranny bolt right in? Or is it a major pain? (Wiring harness etc)..
