Hey guys , i used to be on here alot more but i had a kid and priorities have changed so im reluctantly selling my girlfirend. It was a one owner old lady truck from P.A. with 47k that obviously spent its life in a garage. Shes almost perfect other than some light surface rust at the bed seams , in the bed seam and the very bottom of the front fenders. I replaced the brakes, wires, plugs, dist. cap & rotor, radiator cap, 175 thermostat, clutch slave ,all hoses and fluids , etc. when i bought it . It didnt need most of it but i did it anyway. I then added the Weber carb, Mr Gasket regulator, Doug Thorley header, 2 Msd2 blaster coils, full 2.25 exhaust ,American racing 16" bajas with Michellin mxvs, 4 shocks, new Battery, Kenwood mp3 head unit,4 1/2" Alpines in the kickers, Boss under the seat self amplified subwoofer, Grant removable steering wheel with Wood flamed wheel , illuminated Flame Ball shifter , tinted windows, new un mounted vented and drilled front rotors, new extra side view mirror and some other things im sure im forgetting. Everything was installed by a professional mechanic and i never altered the truck in anyway that wasnt nut and bolt reversable. I have every part that ever came off the truck as well. Im totally not cool with selling it so id much much rather it go into the hands of someone who will take care of it as opposed to the local (11234 zip) guy whos going to probably ruin it. You can drive it anywhere as its the most reliable thing i currently own ,it gets lots of attention and thumbs up constantly . BTW it has original paint so i always hand washed it but the one time i took it too the hand car wash the tire cleaner chemicals were so strong that the overspray took the wax off the truck, so either no wheel wash or hand wash only . As far as price goes ,not sure if 5k asking is out of line but im just using the offers ive gotten on the street over the last 2 years but if it doesnt sell here then im putting it up on e-bay and hoping someone far away buys it so i dont see it being driven by someone else round town. FYI the best place i found to buy a weber and or parts is from these guys http://www.webercarbsdirect.com/default.asp , Jose in tech support is the man and knows his shit .I actually went there and left very impressed with the whole setup . They were working out the linkage to a new 34/34 carb which he said gets a little less gas milage but pulls harder thru out rpm range. Also if you need the A/D soleniod just pm me the address and ill ship it to ya.

Sorry if you misunderstood but i eliminated it because it made no difference ,as my truck doesnt run-on after i turn the key off .It started for me with jetting my carb and in the end i just eliminated the soleniod assembly and threw a regular jet in its place.

its a solenoid with a plunger and i removed it because it shut off when i turned key off .This pic is without it and the link is with it installed

Webers have an anti-dieseling solenoid, its at the front of the carb near the top of the bowl , i removed mine and capped it off.

I know its not a 620 but ,I paid 2400 for my 84 720 with 47k on the clock with some light rust at the bed seams ,all while my everyone looked at me like i was nuts. A good cleaning ,some wax ,removed the bed cap ,threw on some rims, and now eveyone wants to borrow it or buy it .I even had offers for 5k ,but i turned em down .

Im runnin 205/60/16 michelins on my 720 with 16x8 american racing bajas. The tire is a little small for a 8' wide rim ,but for 300 rims and tires mounted and balanced im not complaining. Sweet pics ,but the red truck is supposedly in an actual museum ,so hows it not a real museum 620? Do they need a race history to be in a museum? I figured if they are spotless and rare ,ur in . BTW i could care less about either truck cause im not buying em, just trying to understand how a truck in a museum ,isnt a museum truck .

STOP READ THIS 1ST, I just learned a hard lesson on this subject . I called Hagerty and they gave me a quote for full coverage 10k value on my 84 720 with unlimited milage for 150 bucks a year, in nyc where im paying 1200 for basic liability with gieco . So im salivating at the mouth ,credit card in hand ,still cant believe this is real and then they ask if i own a third car? Well i dont and with 2 licensed drivers in the household they cannot insure me unless i do. So now im either buying another car, which eliminates the insurance savings but covers the truck nicely, or leave it the way it is and take it in the ass by gieco . Either way its important to know this before you speak with them so you dont say the wrong thing . BTW the other car has to be a reliable less than 20 year old daily driver that they will want pics of
