Where would the neutral safety switch be located?

No cranking

I have a manual. I only changed the steering wheel. I took my battery to get charged at o Reilly. Guy said it was low, which is strange cuz it’s a new battery. So I’m waiting for it to be charged and will try again.

Newbie here- I just changed my steering on my 1970 510, put everything back and now car won’t start. Battery is fine, I didn’t mess with any of the wiring during the replacement. What’s going on? Has anyone had this problem? Thanks!
