    Titan wheels.

If you notice I used quotations around the word shanked when I posted it the first time, because I was using your incorrect terminology as the separation of the 2 styles. If you actually took the time to look at the 2 Nissan lug nuts they are both acorn nuts, one just has a flanged dress cap with rubber washer on it. OEM steel wheel lug nut. OEM alloy wheel lug nut

Nevermind, just do it your way, it'll work perfectly, lol. I swear, I have no idea why I try to help here. I mean the guy I had to correct about D21's never having KADE's says they take 1980's style deep shanks lugs...it must be true.

If you look closely at the steel wheel lugs you'll notice there is a foam rubber backing on the flange. It's the buffer between the lug and the plastic wheelcovers that are used on the steel wheels.

There are 2 styles, yes. One for alloy, aka aluminum wheels, and one for steel wheels. The "shanked" style are for the steel wheels, acorn for the alloy. A simple Google image search of the lug part numbers from the first link I posted proves this.

Using this description for the OEM wheels, choosing #2 wheel https://www.courtesyparts.com/auto-parts/2004/nissan/titan/se-trim/5-6l-v8-gas-engine/front-suspension-cat/wheels-scat It suggests this part as being the OEM alloy wheel lug nut https://www.courtesyparts.com/oem-parts/nissan-wheel-nut-40224zn50a/?c=Zz1mcm9udC1zdXNwZW5zaW9uJnM9d2hlZWxzJmk9MzcxNDE3MDUmcj01JmE9bmlzc2FuJm89dGl0YW4meT0yMDA0JnQ9c2UmZT01LTZsLXY4LWdhcw%3D%3D So before doing something drastic, you may want to rethink your plans...

  9. That's what happens when you roll over your own spike strip lol
  10. Or match up the thread pitch and just use an "exhaust manifold nut" Essentially using it as an extreme duty nyloc https://www.fastenal.com/product/fasteners/nuts/lock-nuts/600081?categoryId=600081&level=3&isExpanded=true&productFamilyId=26216 https://www.fastenal.com/product/fasteners/nuts/lock-nuts/600081?categoryId=600081&level=3&isExpanded=true&productFamilyId=26217
