I need to tighten my alternator, seems like an easy fix BUT since it's my first alternator adjustment please advise. Should be two bolts at body and one adjustable top bolt, correct ? ! The top adjustment bolt broke okay but the bottom was tight / is tight as a tick donb;t want to break so..here I am. battery light slightly visible and battery does not seem to be charging correctly and belt is so loose I can almost slide it off.. What up... THanks

I've read a few post here and there. I'm trying to resolve a fast idle issue. 1984 720 2.4L standard trans... cranks up...idles high appears to want to drop a few...then up then back down...never under 2K or more...I have not yet taken it out on the road. Not tagged yet., Still getting it in road condition. Idle issue could be anything... Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

My 84 Nissan 720 Fast Idle issue not resolved yet. Any ideas photos and or suggestions? Thanks. I am still learning the engine and I am not a mechanic I do try to do all my own work, but this 720 I just bought and it's my first one...so lots to learn. Thanks ...
