I'm removing the older model vents and installing factory A/C versions. The factory A/C versions have a small chrome tab on them and swivel up and down, not just left and right. I'm in the process of putting factory A/C into my '74 620. Too bad they can't just be removed from the back!

Hey everyone! I'm having a little trouble with removing the fresh air vents on the sides of the dash, without removing the dash pad. I know there are two screws holding the vents in place that go through the metal frame within the dash. I'm just stumped to find a way to get to the screws without tearing off the dash pad. I am removing these to install '79 factory AC versions. They swivel up and down, as well as have a nice chrome-like trim. Thank you in advance for the help!!!

The L16 and L18 flex plates are the same? I am looking for a 5-bolt L18 flex plate but can't find it anywhere. Would the L16 work fine?

About a month and a half ago I somehow managed to destroy my 5- bolt L18 flexplate which has turned out to be the almost like looking for a needle in a haystack. I have been calling everywhere and looking wherever I can to find this part but I a having no luck. If anyone has this part or knows of somewhere to grab it I would be very grateful. I've had my 620 a total of 2 months and have only been able to drive it for 2 weeks!
