  1. I pick option #2, just know it's your car, you can do whatever you want to it
  2. Welp. Over the weekend I got my trike project welded up. Then I cut it back apart to SLAM it. Just got done z in the frame so the center section is low It's going to be military style with a pseudo-gas tank and a compass built into the tank. I'm debating whether or not to put a 5-horse flathead Tecumseh on it. Then I'd need a go kart axle and wheels, or I could leave it pedal powered and stance it Decisions, decisions... Pics coming soon
  3. There's a clean 280z for $700 but it's just a roller. If I can manage to get the money before he sells it, I'll buy the 720. Is it possible to put the round headlight truck grill on this?
  4. I think I'll just skip this one, plenty o fish in the sea. Seems me finding a Datsun is WAAAYYY easier than me getting a girlfriend  I'll just wait for a more clean one to show up
  5. I was just gonna fix the L series in it, if it's stock it could take an overbore couldn't it? I can't find any prices on pistons. Anyone have any clue what a set of them would run? Depending on intake setup I was gonna convert it to a Weber 2bl for drivability Here in Ohio it just says you need bill of sale and some other paperwork. What's the best way to un-freeze an engine? With some Zero Rust, a brush, and some new body panels plus some primer, the body would be decent I appreciate it KELMO, my friends mom said the same thing when I got him into thinking Datsun
  6. If I owned this: Sell engine Completely strip interior/chassis Fabricate a chromoly tube chassis Put a rotary/2jz/rb26 etc. in it with big single turbo Lighten up as much as possible. Go fast. Then again that takes money. Rat rod.
  7. I found a Datsun!! ONLY $200!!!! But it doesn't have a title, how hard is it to get a new one? 4x4 5 speed truck with a Z engine in it. Locked up. its a 720, needs fenders hood and patches on the bed sides. Frame is solid. Ive worked on worse, looks mostly surface rust, it's just banged up
  8. Just realized cant do it on a 240, not enough deck lid space. I'll just make my representation of the icon car with a few changes :evillaughter:
  9. I had the best flippin idea ever in my dreams, Imagine a 240z like a P-38 Fighter, with the rearward mounted turbo coming up to the decklid. I`'ll have to make a rendering Better yet, I'll do it on a model I was looking at LS swaps, I mean a bolt in mount kit is $500. But...I feel like I have enough V8s. My dad`s racecar has ~945hp at the crank. I feel like that 2JZ with a shiny set of individual throttle bodies would look sick. But, I also like the L series, and I want to build an L series stroker, I was going to go the LD28 way but just the crank alone is around $800 2JZ in total would be around $2500 4.8l LS would be around $1750 Stoker L series would be around $1800 SBC swap wouldn't take much as we already have most of whats needed except mounts etc. Probably around $500
  10. would I be a sinner for putting a 2jz in a Datsun? Something about an N/A 2jz with some itbs intrigues me. Nope. Real dart 440ci big block ~330rwhp
  11. My 1968 Dart More RC Sorry for messy hobby room
  12. Test #2 SUCCESSS!!!!! YESH!!!!!!!

  14. I'm trying to upload it, but there's no 'insert image' button? BTW I'm on an IPad
