Wow. That is very rude of the spring to break down on me. I guess I will scrounge around my shed for a spring I can make fit before I have to find one who know where.

Hey Ratsun, I have not been able to find a topic about this anywhere and was wondering if you has any insight. The driver side window on my 69 510 will roll itself down when driving. The window itself is pretty rattly. It isn't an issue of the window not being in the rails, as it has been this way since I bought the car abut 8 months ago and I can only assume it was an issue before that as well. The window just feels like there is no resistance on the rails. you can push the window all the way down with your hand from the outside. Naturally I want to fix this. Thank you for any help you can offer me.
