  1. HRH, the D21 Hardbody shape that you have known as the only D21 front, we had the Navara (white one pic d) above as I think the 1986-1990 D21 and this was Badged as a Datsun Or Datsun Nissan or Nissan (feels like they got a bit confused, because I am right now?!)then, from 1990-1997 we had the Hardbody D21. There are some earlier Hardbody fronts so it was that here from 1987 on, but they are not as common, seems like Nissan we're trying to flood the market, and New Zealand got the multiple badgings under the 2 Manufacturers namesas they were released elsewhere around the world.

  8. No, it is the Green one that was in there until last week, with black Steelie Multispokes, picked it up from Napier on Saturday. Are you on the Modelcarsmag forum too? Flick me PM and I will send you some pics.
  9. qwik510, they are a standard issue here, some were imports(as this one may be) decks like this are very common here in New Zealand, with an optimal amount of deck space with no wheel wells in the way. 82m, in Auckland mate, how bout you?
  10. Hi guys, thanks for the responses esp KING RAT, great post that will really help. I have what you guys will call a Hard body, not like the one pictured here, can not figure out how to post pics yet
  11. Hi Guys, Paul here from New Zealand. I love the old Dato's but could not afford an earlier Ute than the '94 I have just bought. Being a work Ute I will not be lowering it, although it does have Monroe shocks already, and possibly aftermarket springs, and the guy I bought it off has put on some Black multi spoke wheels. So I am pretty happy with the ride although it is a bit wallowy in the steering, so not happy there, having driven it around 250-255 miles home today after flying to get it. It is in need of various mounts and bushes replaced, and lower(at this stage) ball joints Is there any way to adjust the steering rack?
