  1. Thanks. Mine will be a street driven car but with the VG30DET in it now and the VH45DE in it next year I need traction. I had a couple of CLSD's in previous cars and I like the Alfa Romeo ones the best.
  2. I came across this topic on Hybridz about upgrading the R200 LSD. Our H190 LSD are nearly the same so this this count for us too? http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/52029-adding-clutches-to-the-clsd-r200/ If so, can I use these clutches: www.nengun.com/nismo/lsd-repair-parts And which one do I use, the 1,75mm one or the 1,85mm one.
  3. What parts from here are needed to upgrade the diff: https://www.nengun.com/nismo/lsd-repair-parts
  4. Maybe C200/R200 LSD's share the same parts? I tried a R33 R200 stub axle in my H190 LSD and it fitted perfect.
  5. H190 spacers? Not a lot of H190 axles in Europe.
  6. What oil is recommended in these LSD's?
  7. Yesterday me and a friend made the spacer and the bolt sleeves on the lathe. Took us a morning to do but it fits perfectly!
  8. The bed of that machine is switchable magnatic so it just sticks to the surface. Crown wheel = ring gear Bonnet = hood Spotted dick = ??? Stoffregen = Dust Rain (in Dutch B) )
  9. Than it would be better if it is a bit thicker than 3mm and I would grind it flat on the mill to 3mm. This mill is used for heads, blocks and even shims.
  10. Sorry, didn't wanted to sound like an *#&hole. Really apriciate your advice. I measured it like you said and your right: now it measured 3.02mm I found a big 3mm plate so I will make it out of that. Thanks!
  11. That is why I will grind it to the exact thickness, you can't measure it with a set of calipers. There is to much variable in them.
  12. I measured 2.62mm so I will make a 3mm thick spacer. A friend of mine has a special mill where he can grind it down to the desired ticknes. With the shims behind the bearings we will set the correct tooth contact.
  13. Thanks a lot again! How thick should the spacer be? I don't have the diffs at hand right now...
