  1. If anyone is interested in buying this truck for parts or repair I'd be interested in selling it, idk how much a scrap yard would give, and dont really want to put it in a scrap yard to be honest lol. But with my current situation being what it is, im hard on space, and need to sell or move this truck asap.
  2. Anyone used this in a 620 before? Does it fit like this?
  3. Do you have the front/radiator support and fenders that were mentioned in this post? I am interested, and will most likely need them once this all is settled
  4. By radiator support do you mean the front piece that holds everything on? Lol. How much for that and fenders?

  6. [/url It is really mostly cosmetic, and the radiator. To be honest, im young, dumb and i was uninsured, not fully employed, so towing my truck wasnt a choice i had. Its at an impound. Tomorrow it goes to the insurance co. Impound, and they will be trying to settle with me after that. Theyre calling it a total loss because its old and uncommon so its more expensive to repair it. I havent gotten to express my options yet. But i plan on getting my truck back.

  8. Hell,im staying in tenino right now. I havent made it so (or figured out how) to post pics yet... radiator was leaking out, driver side fender and valance is crushed into tire, hood is bent up..
  9. Ill see how it plays out. I wasnt at fault in any way so i should be able to get something worked out.
  10. Should i get mine back as parts? I believe even if i get mine back theyre going to compensate me.
  11. On sunday some insanely intelligent person decided to pull out in front of me last second and i plowed the back of his car. I was going about 35, and it was rain/snow and so when i pushed the brakes it only did so much. The driver side fender is crushed all the way into the tire, and the grille til the inside headlight is crushed in, the radiator was leaking antifreeze, and tire was pinned into the fender. The other persons insurance is covering it, but its going to be a total loss. This is the first time ive had to deal with this sort of scenario, and i f#*&ing love my truck. I guess im just reaching out because i would like some feedback about what to expect. Or just to hear from someone else who may have experienced similar things. Is it worth reclaiming my truck? Should i try and repair it? I dont even know what theyre going to try and offer as compensation yet. That should be determined today or asap.
  12. Definitely, i shifted when i felt the speed pick up stopping.

Pushed to about 4500rpms before shifting, instead of average shift in the 3500 range, was going a lot faster upon shift, picked up quite a bit of speed in the last 1k rpms, stock l20b in a 76 620 4spd. 0-60mph is a lot faster like this, motor sounds really nice past 4k, i thought the engine sounded topped out at 3200,didn't realize it would sound so willing and able past 3k. Still not going to push too hard too often, but it was fun lol.
  14. The dash in my truck has the egr light and seatbelt light on top of the center of the dash, my speedometer goes to 100, and the rpm gauge is not the original so i suppose it could be wrong. Lol
