I have a set of stock 521 rims without the steel center caps and I am wondering if they are worth trying to sell, or if I should give them away, or even throw them away

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knew how to remove the accelerator pedal return spring, as it needs to be retensioned. It is currently loose and when I let off the gas, the spring does not have enough tension to push the pedal back into its resting position. Thank you!
