here's my setup if anyone is interested.

I ran all new bushings everywhere, decided I wanted to cap off the bumpstops with some dimple died plate.

Picture of the pass side brake and control arms Mike made me. I had to get the hub turned down to clear my wheels.

I haven't painted anything yet, don't really plan on it. I barely drive it.

Here's the 620. 21,000 original miles, very little rust. Second owner, bought locally. I have all the dealer paperwork and all.

I fixed it.

I took off the calipers to inspect the sliders, etc.. then c clamped the two pistons in, power bled the caliper.. Did both sides, then did the master again. It's fine now, still a bit of resistance, I think the pads might be a bit on the large side, but it coasts now!

Never trust loaded calipers.

I learned that long ago.

I will try that out, and reply back, thanks mate.

Is that what you bought?

Toss those pads and buy a new set from a local shop.

You have zero clue what pads those are. Loaded calipers just get whatever scrap is laying around to fill them.

xD, I've never had this issue on Rockauto. Usually everything I get is awesome, but I'll try that.

Do you have a micrometer? Can you measure pad thickness?

I'm wondering if you got 4x4 pads instead of 2wd pads.

Here's what I have.

I can definitely measure it all, and take pictures tomorrow.

It shows the pads for 4x4 and 2wd being the same for the v6.
