Fair enough (yes it is confusing) and I've since posted same thing in ads...however I've done some research and cant find anyone asking about this and most things I've found were posted almost a decade ago (on this site and datsun1200). I've called a couple auto glass companies and emailed a few others and the ones who call/message back tend to say no luck with them being so old. Havent heard anything back from pilkington agr yet but has anyone else had issues trying to find a replacement glass? I think it warrants a little discussion. LOL sorry.

Yeah, thanks...I honestly wasnt even thinking of getting this two weeks ago. BUT...my buddy called me and told me he had purchased a car that he knew I'd just have to have and his wife wasnt going to allow another car, so either he had to sell it to me or sell off one of his other "babies". So it stays in the family and we now have toys out the wazoo. LOL. As far as swapping in a manual trans, I'd love to but havent had the best luck with locating all the parts I need through the classifieds, ebay and ebay international, craigslist or any other "for sale" sites. I know I could swap a different motor and trans in but Im looking to stay close to all original and I'd really only want the 5spd trans if I were to go that route. I just finished the auto to manual swap in my camaro and love it but then again, there are certain areas in and around portland that are not fun to drive through with a manual. Now getting on the I205 or I5, then its fun as well as the "back roads" but Im wanting something that works well in all situations and travels around through city and highway without much thinking (I've heard swapping in the clutch pedal makes the foot placement on the go fast pedal to be very close to the brake pedal and I have wide feet).

Here you guys go...Im missing the rear badges and I need a new windshield but overall Im happy with the purchase.

New here to the forum and have been doing a lot of research on the b310 and loving the possibilities. The car is a 1980 square headlight Datsun 210 4dr sedan and everything is in great working condition...well everything but the front windshield. So like the title says...I want to buy a B310 windshield, whether its used or nos or new. Also, Im located in Happy Valley, OR so I know Im in the right region for Datsuns. Please help me in finding a new windshield for this car.

Hello there forum people. Just picked up a beautiful 1980 datsun 210. It's an automatic with the a14 and is completely stock and unmolested. Paints faded and a few surface rust spots but great looking for a 36 year old car. Interior is light blue with plaid seat covers and looks very clean. No stereo ever added so I think that might be my only mod for the time being. Have a few simple maintenance items to take care of but then will be driving as a daily hopefully. This is my first datsun vehicle but not my first nissan. I've owned a 96 infiniti g20 with sr20det and a 93 nissan nx2000 with gtir sr20det. Both cars were great and I loved the reliability and the fun they provided. I also own a 85 chevy camaro iroc clone. Doesn't get the best gas mileage so the datsun is hopefully the daily but can still be fun. I've been doing a lot of research over the past few weeks before I posted on here and have been very happy to see there are options out there to make the car a little better here and there yet still stay in the datsun/nissan family with the upgrades. I don't have pics yet but will post them up when I get a chance.
