  1. You can upload images freely on imgur and copy the URL to use here. Copied from your dropbox link for easy viewing.
  2. 240sx, but they're very similar. I went went a dual-core aluminum Mishimoto.
  3. I used an aftermarket 240sx hose for both the upper and lower rad hose. "GPlus" is the brand.
  4. Glad to hear of another swap happening! If you have any questions, happy to answer what I can.
  5. I grabbed a Mishimoto 240sx radiator for my KA swap; the outlets are a bit off for an SR20 version but if you drill two holes in your front frame cross-member with rubber bushings it can work. https://www.enjukuracing.com/products/isr-performance-aluminum-radiator-nissan-s14-240sx-95-98-sr20det-swap.html 14"x25"
  6. That's exactly right, yup. The "frankenstein" part in the front is a result of the D21 pan isn't squared at the front, but rather it slopes on one side, so to get it to square up with the KA flange I had to add some extra metal to compensate.
  7. Try and ignore the rust and crappy bushings, it's already been fixed/replaced 😅
  8. Hey BW, aside from the driveshaft, what other modifications, if any, did you have to do for the swap?

Just updated the KA swap thread the other day to add some clarify so good timing! Thanks for linking it @bottomwatcher!
  10. Glad to help anyway I can! I'll also be updating the how-to to add clarity and expand on some of the steps hopefully soon. Was planning on adding some additional photos but a ton of snow changed those plans on my last trip up doing my frame swap. Edit: Well got around to adding a photo or two, lots of clarification and some grammatical changes. More changes coming soon!
  11. That mount will take a bit more creative thinking to fix, mine was the more rearward mount. That particular mount is an interesting one, it's shaped like an upside down bowl with a wide lip and has two 1/4" bolts on either side which come down and connect to the frame and within the centre there's a 14mm (iirc) nut. You could still probably get away with putting in a piece of angled steel and run a bolt down to the frame with a bushing, but it may be better to just replace that floor section and get a new mount piece in there.
  12. Discovered this same issue myself on my passenger mount this past weekend. 1/4" stainless angle - bolted to the cab with a 1/2" hole drilled for the mount. Worked perfect.

    Frame Swap

Back from another successful weekend of working on the frame swap. Discovered the rear passenger cab mount had rusted out so decided to make my own! Previous owner had installed 1/4" angle iron on either side as he noticed it was sagging a bit, but didn't extend it to the rear mount unfortunately. Ended up installing 1/4" stainless angle to extend it - driver's side was fine, so just did passenger. Worked out pretty good - 6 bolts and going to weld it to the existing piece on the next trip up. End result:
