thanks I’ll double check those. I’m planning on cleaning engine Bay Area and refreshing all the hoses I can. Gonna bump this thread up with more pics. It’s fun looking back on this project and seeing pics of when I just got it.

Dan is the man! Just PayPal’d him and he already had what I was looking for and is on the way to post office. I’m excited to finally have my truck exhaust leak free I might go all out and add a cheap aftermarket cat just to finally get rid of all the exhaust smells I’ve grown use to. Thanks Dusten

Anybody know where I can source a Y down pipe for after the exhaust manifold. This leaky exhaust has been fixed multiple times… always spits the nut off the bolt. The Y pipe isn’t sitting correctly causing leaks. I need a new down pipe and was wondering if I can get anything new? Will those d21 headers fit on a ka swapped 620?

Been running 27x8.5r14s for the whole life of the car. These new ones are my spare rims for highway road trips where I stay at hotels lol. The back has so much space to tuck a tire.

Got some new rims… 15x8.5 front and 15x10 rears. Can anybody recommend tire sizes for me?

I’ve got a Datsun 620 chinook with a ka swap and I even did the speed hut gauges on mines with your help.

I’ve seen a couple builds where they’ve replaced the 240sx trans with a 350z trans. I know the 350z trans fits in a 280z just wondering about a 620. I just want lower rpms at highway speeds to save gas on long road trips. Plus I’m on my second 240sx trans... they’re hard to find with all the gears working now plus you gotta trust somebody on offer up saying it works now a days.

Update 5 years later lol. Been everywhere in this truck! My new obsession is getting a 350z tranny installed. Anybody done it already?
