  1. Thread revival: Are these brackets still being made by chance? I can't message blackmarkit.
  2. Well, this is different. https://jacksonville.craigslist.org/cto/d/1982-datsun-720-pickup/6254613820.html 720 6 wheel
  3. Haha, yeah, I should have known better. It's cool though. I'm glad it runs, and runs well at that. I replaced the filler hose and started the weber install today but got rained out. I hope to have the weber installed and adjusted before I go back into work this week. I'll probably make her a center console with cup holders and arm rest in the next couple weeks.
  4. Haha. I personally think this one looks bad ass: chopped u620 I came across it on one of the VW Vortex threads, it's been "chopped". Looks way more El Camino-ish...if only I could grow a mullet.
  5. Well, bled the brakes, still need a little adjusting. The wife was pretty happy driving it around for the first time ever. her wagon It tries to keep running after cutting it off though, also it overheated (doesn't help it was around 98F outside). I'll be installing the Weber soon and probably flushing the coolant system and replacing the thermostat. So much for this not being a project.
  6. "On aside note, im starting to like lowered trucks. No fat fucks allowed".......well, one benefit of being a fat fuck myself is every truck I step into is lowered.
  7. I'm looking forward to moving there eventually.
  8. Damn. Not a whole lot of 620 KCs over here on the east coast. Oregon seems to have a cool collection of old Datsuns.
  9. https://myrtlebeach.craigslist.org/cto/d/datsun-king-cab-truck/6152769951.html I would love to have this, but they are asking just a few bucks more than I'm willing to part with for it.
  10. Sweet. The wife is figuring out what color she wants, she is leaning towards metallic green...if someone has a metallic green wagon and wants to post a few pics, please do. Meanwhile I've purchased a Redline 32/36 weber carb with electric choke that will hopefully be here in a few days. I'll spend one good solid day on the car, get the brakes where they need to be, slap on the carb and hopefully my wife can finally go get some groceries in it like she's wanted to....she has some pretty damn achievable life goals.
  11. Since I've made so many posts with no pics, here are a few of my Z before I started working on it. Headlights are completely different now: myz
