Adjustable cam gear in US???

Does anyone stock an adjustable cam gear that fits an L20b in the US???


I need one that actually adjusts.  I just tried installing one with 8 holes last evening.  I can't get to the setting I need.  The funny thing is that I get the same 106 degrees at settings 1,2,3, and 4 gives me 114.  A,B, C, D are all obviously way off, and I can't skip a chain tooth to get there either.  This is checked reading .050" down each side of peak, always checked while rotating CW to account for chain slack.

Limited slip or locker?

Is this the only H190 LSD kit available?  



I have a call in to Nismo about the Detroit Locker availability and price.  A mini-spool would be perfect for what I need.  If someone like Yukon Gear made them, would anyone else want them so they can stop welding up diffs?  

Clutch master cylinder sizes...?

For those "in the know" were there different sized clutch master cylinders used in the cars/trucks that could be interchanged?  Planning ahead as I may need a larger displacement master cylinder due to less pedal travel in the race truck.  I know I can always change over to a Wilwood and get what I want, but a "stock replacement" could just bolt in and not turn into a 4-8 hour project.  Currently installed is a 5/8', but a 3/4 or 7/8 would make life easier.

I found a CL 620 locally, and I think its priced high, but wondering what they sell for in your area.  

This one is a  '77, front clip is torn apart, does not run, flat tires, claims no rust but I can see rust on the fenders sitting in the box.  That means the driver's floor probably has a big hole in it.  $700.  

Would any of you pay that for a truck that's black primer over yellow, does not run, automatic transmission?  I suspect it had drum brakes, wheels are plain stock steel.  No apparent aftermarket goodies.  

Anyone run SU carbs?

I have two sets of perfect SU carbs on the shelf, 1 1/2" and 1 3/4".  HS4s and HS6s.  Does anyone run them on an L18 or L20 and if so, what needles do you go with?  They're SO much better than Weber DGVs for throttle response, drivability, and economy.  With a little guidance I may put a set on my spare motor rather than dump a Chevy 327 into the spare truck.  Sure would be easier.  


All I'd have to do is pick up one of the many intake manifolds on Ebay and make longer linkage rods to fit them.
