That thing is in stellar condition. In the process of finding a 620. And after reading all the threads, those floor pans are notorious for rust. I would have never guessed yours were from its exterior condition.

your welds look better with the more pics you post. I can see a big improvement in your stability and travel speed as well as heat and feed settings. Honestly dialing in your settings is half the battle, everybody has their preferences. The charts on the machine are a good starting point, but what suits your technique comes with experience.

those ssr look killer on that truck.

Purchased one of their 110v welders for body panels, and some engine bay shaving. needless to say it lasted a month. I've since upgraded to the Lincoln 140c. I figure red or blue cant go wrong. Their fender roller is nice, and alot of their paints and things are ok.
