Im interested in swapping my 73 620 with a ka24de. Right now I have an l16 4 speed. Would ot be difficult to swap it (it'll be my first swap). The ka24de also needs a rebuild. Im looking for some advice thanks.

I pulled it out so that the door was able to close. Before I would have to slam it. Now it closes smoothly

Its all started in Freshman year. I would tell my dad, "Dad lets get a Datsun 620." He wasn't really too interested. I would still go on Craigslist and look them up. I stopped for a few weeks and focused on other stuff. Fast forward to Sophomore year my friend got a 510. Him getting his 510 motivated me into getting the Datsun I wanted. Everyday I would go on craigslist and look and try to find one that was in my budget. I found a red 620 with an L18 5 speed transmission. I went to go check it out and the guy told me it had electrical problems and the registration wasn't under his name. I kept looking on Craigslist. One day I was talking to a friend over skype, I got bored and decided to go on craigslist and look for one. I found a Datsun 620 with and L16 4 Speed transmission in Fairfield CA. I messaged the guy right away, he responded to me quick. I made an appointment to go check it out the next day. We negotiated on a price. I ended up and buying the Datsun. So far it hasn't given me any problems. The trucks runs strong. When I first got it had a messed up fender and door Fixed the fender and door. This is how I got it with two different seats. Out getting sun. I went to Pick-N-Pull and picked up a bench. After installing the seat. My next step is to paint it but not sure what color.
