Anyone on here own or have any experience with an M1 Garand? Kinda been looking at one and wanted some thoughts?

Let me do a little bit of research on the manual. I might just do a picture by picture of the book. there never was one indicated on the parts list. it seems to be a piggyback unit onto an ECU.

Bought this thing on a whim from Okinawa about 10 years ago. Never been able to find any information on this unit. Came in the factory box, with a sealed pack of fasteners. Does anyone have any clue about age, value, anything? Thanks everyone!

Hey guys, After 10 years of going to school, building a yurt to live in, getting a career and getting married, I'm back to working on my Z. It's a 1980 280ZX 10 Anniversary edition. Here's where the problems hit. I'm trying to shoehorn wheels onto it. Mainly these: 16x10-51 I've been through Ian Pierri's thread when he had the 15x10 -41 wheels and I'm assuming these poke out another 10mm. I want to keep the body stock but with roll and pull of the fenders. My solution, install toe adjusters on the rear subframe and use Datsun 510 rear trailing arms. then adapt the hubs to 5x114.3. Question 1: what do I do about axles? 510 axles or something custom? Question 2: Brakes, can I use Z31 rear discs and calipers, or do I go custom? Question 3: What am I forgetting? Any input is much appreciated. Thanks, John
