just did a set the other day, take the nut and washer off then drill alot small holes around the bushing then once thats done carefully take some pliers grab the inner bushing sleeve around the pin (the 10 inch rod) grab and turn then brake the bushing if that doesnt brake the bushing then set it on fire burn the rubber then brake it .after both sides are out i took a gneumatic hammer to drive the pin out after i put a nut back on it so i wouldnt damage the threads pin .Once thats out grind out the inner sleeve then hit it out with a chizel and hammer
