  1. They pry off, the black piece you turn is just a cover. They can be a real slut to do
  2. You don't really need epoxy primer.Etch primer and then your topcoat is fine. And I believe you can get chassis paints that are designed to be sprayed over bare steel. (I'm a panelbeater/painter)
  3. Cheers. Pretty sure mine does have the square pan underneath.
  4. OK so I've tried doing a little research and am a tad lost. I need to replace the gearbox mount in my ute. Will this fit? http://m.ebay.com/itm/181555780917?nav=SEARCH Or is that for an L series motor? This is my 620
  5. Bulbs were fine. Cleaned the park/indicator light plug out and all is working fine again. Must have been a dodgy earth due to the dirt built up inside the plug.
  6. Update: (because everyone hates when the OP doesn't come back and say how they fixed the problem) For me it just turned out to be a loose connection haha. However now my right side indicators stay on solid when the headlights are on. Works fine when headlights are off. Weird.
  7. I bought the same set as 'rojadoja'. Got sent two of the wrong ones (had double ups), they sent me the two I was missing for free which was nice, but they are rubbish. Had to move the clips (no big deal) except a couple of the clips broke (lucky I had my old rusty ones to use.
  8. Try adjusting the striker in the door jamb then, it may not be fully closing properly
  9. Try adjusting the plastic nut on the linkage that pushes down when you lift up the outside door handle. Had the same issue with mine at one stage
  10. I'm having a similar problem with my 620. 1) Problem has just started. 2) Yes, I've been trying to wire up the aftermarket head unit that the previous owner installed, its currently wired up so it only runs when the key is in the ON position, I want it on the accessory. 3) Indicators don't flash on the inside or outside. 4)Temp gauge doesn't work either Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated
