  1. Hey I am in to see some shallow mount set ups with a standard cab, but I already had a hole in the dash so I just popped in a cheap blue tooth radio that cost a whooping 50$ on amazon. https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xap1/v/t1.0-9/1620550_721064501275905_3189930061527954607_n.jpg?oh=1d4d8968941d3b2c2608812de9046d65&oe=55064741&__gda__=1429795336_97100e7254ac44f6462a35958f2ac604
  2. Yeah I have the next two weeks off from classes so I am going to try and focus on getting her swapped over. We shall see weather has been kinda shit today. I did get the soda blaster working and blasted a quarter of the floorboard clean!
  3. Alright update!!!! So I have been kind of busy, but I got the motor in place mocked on some wooden blocks and measured up the trans tunnel got that sort of mocked in as well. Then went and scored a air compressor and media blaster full of media!!!! tested that out last night, going to get a few more parts for it and see if I can get some soda to clean up the floor pans for the new trans tunnel!!!! And now what you are really here for is pictures (all like 2 of you) Before the Shave Cleaned up the garage a for a bit more space And the welder is on a nice lil cart Getting the motor in place is not exactly a one man job So I used straps She is in I did radius the trans tunnel area a bit since I have to weld it in anyway Trimmed the trans tunnel down and got her in Holes line up great Also with the stock hand brake mounts intact My CL score all for less than the compressor cost (still had the sticker on it) And then some of the wonderful Previous owner's work I'll try and get some more work in this weekend
  4. Picked up 4 engine stands and a 3 ton cherry picker plus a set of ramps all for a 100 bucks!!! so I am setting out to clean the garage to fit it all and then work it out tomorrow.
  5. It made no power and had blown out fifth gear so I sold it and everything with it to a bud. He put it back into an Rx7
  6. Well I got the dash out and cleaned up some of the dynamat and shiz. I'm picking up my own engine hoist tomorrow to try and mock the engine up and see where the shifter hole needs to be before I shave down the tunnel to fit. Still not a bad little bit done before dinner.
  7. Hi guys got an update for you Got the trans tunnel out And the 240 is gone If the weather doesn't suck tomorrow I'll try and get the dash out and some welding done.
  8. Yeah I wish I took more photo's of how shitily the engine was mounted
  9. In other news I stripped the floor Soooooo yeah PO was a jack ass fiberglass floor with street signs I had to cut the screws out because they bondo'ed or fiber glassed over them. Yeah sucked All out Sorry it was super bright and potato quality pictures
  10. That would be awesome man!!!!
  11. Yeah, I just wanted to make sure you're cool with it and let you know I wasn't making my own. Also thanks for all the help with getting this figured out
  12. Yup I bought it from a 17 year old kid who was super annoying and didn't know shit about it who bought it from someone else that couldn't put it back together. So it was doomed hahahaha. BTW aren't you Stephen? I bought the KA mounts from you, but can't use them since the 620 was all fucked up from the rotary swap. I will say they are great quality though.
  13. Just thought I would share I am borrowing this photo it's beautiful
  14. Subframes are Free and floor pans tomorrow if I have time The cambers!!!!! This thing was stuck and bent my scissor jack (long story) but she came out eventually
