Hub centric rings go on the hub to center the wheel.

Hi Ratsun Fam, I just bought some pro comp wheels for my 620. I know I need 60 degree taper lugs, however do I need hub centric rings? I want to make sure I don't run into any issues. The previous owner put some wheels on and I'm not sure what the reason was but the front wheel fell off and damaged the fender prior to my purchase. Here are the specs of the wheels I bought. I also searched first but couldn't find the answer. Thanks!
